Standard Export Moisture-proof Packing Process of Finished PE Tarpaulin
2026-06-22
Before formal packing, professional staff finish finished goods classification strictly. Workers sort finished virgin PE tarpaulins by gram weight, dimension, color and grommet spacing, and pick out flawed products with uneven edges or loose eyelets one by one via manual inspection. Qualified tarps are divided into roll-packed bulk goods and folded cut-piece goods, meeting different warehousing and unloading demands of overseas importers.

We adopt double-layer moisture-proof export packing for all qualified PE tarps. Firstly, each tarp is wrapped tightly with transparent food-grade waterproof plastic film to isolate sea moisture and humid air. Then thick wear-resistant woven bags are used for outer packaging, which can resist friction and scratch from container walls. All package corners are pasted hard plastic corner protectors, avoiding edge cracking of soft PE fabric during stacking.

The final step is unified export marking. Workers paste waterproof paper labels on each package, marking material property, GSM weight, production batch, quantity and destination clearly. All packing procedures follow international ocean freight norms. Our factory focuses on every packing detail to keep PE tarpaulin intact, clean and usable after arriving at overseas ports. We support customized packing and logo marking for global PE tarp buyers.
