PE Tarpaulin Whole Production & Container Shipment On-site News
Last week, our professional PE tarpaulin production workshop completed the whole production and shipment work for one 40HQ container virgin PE waterproof tarp order, customized for farm storage and outdoor cargo covering use in Southeast Asia. All products adopt 100% new PE raw material without recycled plastic additive, complying with local anti-aging, rainproof and eco-friendly import inspection standards.

The whole production adopts full-automatic weaving and one-piece lamination assembly line. Staff conduct granule melting, high-density weaving, double-layer PE film laminating, edge folding and eyelet punching orderly in workshop. Different from ordinary mixed-material tarps, we add anti-UV masterbatch during melting process, which improves outdoor service lifespan under high-temperature tropical weather. Every finished tarp will undergo manual sampling check for thickness uniformity, eyelet tensile strength and overall waterproof performance before entering packing area.

In the finished packing area, workers classify tarp rolls and cut-size pieces by specification, color and gram weight. Each piece is pasted clear export label with batch number, size and destination info. Edge protection accessories are equipped for packed tarps to avoid tearing and friction damage during long sea transit.

Professional loading team finishes container stacking work scientifically. Tarpaulin goods are placed by layered balance rules, prevent shifting during ocean transportation. This batch of lightweight anti-tear PE tarps has been fully loaded, scheduled to ship to Bangkok port soon. We support customized size, color, eyelet spacing and logo printing for global agricultural, logistics and construction PE tarp.
